DELIVERING INCREDIBLE RESULTS FOR AROUND JUST $7 PER DAY

You will train WITH A TRAINER 3 days per week. They’ll take you through cutting edge workouts to help you burn fat, tone up, and see results fast. You’ll also be able to track your own progress which will help you stay motivated, avoid plateaus and keep getting results far beyond the 28 days of your challenge.

We will sit down with you and design your own custom meal plan. Together, we’ll establish exactly what you need, taking into consideration your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it’s not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust your plan every week, as needed, to ensure you see results week-in, week-out.

Together, we’ll map out your shopping list so you’ll know exactly what to buy, and leave nothing to guesswork. The average person spends around $110/week on groceries for 21 meals at Woollies or Coles. Our process will cut down your time in the grocery store, with most people getting out in under 15 minutes.

Not only will you have our support while you’re in the gym, you’ll also be able to contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need help, tips, advice or some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed, and your coach will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to celebrate your wins and keep you on track.
