Owner
Andrea
Andrea is the owner of Livebreathe Health & Fitness, with a wealth of knowledge and starting out her career with Fitness First as a personal trainer and a personal training manager for 10 years and opening her second studio in Randwick, she knows what she is doing.
What Andrea brings to the table is passion , challenging rewarding sessions, accountability, results, community and wants you to feel confident and to leave with a smile on your face .
She is passionate, hardworking and driven and focused on your results.



Personal Trainer
Nathan
Nathan has helped many people over the last 4 years reach their goals! From achieving that desired body shape, adding lean muscle, right down to improving posture. He does everything with sheer motivation and educates you every step of the way. He thrives off seeing each one of you, become the hardest worker in the room.

Jaen Nicoe
In the last nine years, Jaeny has helped almost a thousand people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. However, it wasn’t always that way. Not too long ago, Jaeny found herself:
· Overweight – in the Obese category
· Unhappy and Directionless in a corporate job
· So Unfit – was incapable of doing a single push up!
Until she took one vital step and invested into her health and mindset education that changed the course of her life, compelling her to lose 20% of her body weight, find happiness and fulfilment and become stronger and fitter than others almost half her age. Today, Jaeny has expanded her impact on clients by becoming a certified Results Coach helping people achieve their true and lasting goals.



Melissa Locke
I am passionate about health and fitness and the role this plays in our physical and mental well-being. I love that I can assist people live a full and active life. Helping people reach their fitness goals is paramount to me and I will be here to motivate and guide you throughout your fitness journey. My fitness motto is to simply move every day. I believe that this is so important as we age, as a strong healthy body allows you to live a better life. I don’t believe age should be a barrier to fitness.
